FOOD & PRODUCE

Please be aware all tables, platters and boxes are a selection of good quality ingredients, but this is subject to availability and what is in season.

It is your responsibility to inform us upon booking of any dietary requirements. While we make every effort to accommodate such requirements, this may not always be possible. Pricing may also vary due to costs of alternative/specialist ingredients.

It is also your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances well in advance, Grazable will not be liable for any circumstances that arise where an allergy or intolerance has not been made aware to us.

Our food is not prepared in an allergen-free environment. While we may be able to label items containing possible allergens ahead of time on request, there is a risk of cross-contamination due to the very nature of grazing catering.

All food should be consumed within 4 hours of set up after which Grazable will not be accountable for the freshness of the food. Grazable is not responsible for the removal and disposal of food waste post-event.

 

CANCELLATION CHARGES

The customer reserves the right to cancel the order at any time.

All cancellations MUST be in writing, or by email, and received within the specified time frames to qualify.

The following cancellation charges will apply:

More than two weeks’ notice, before the date of the event

A full refund of any monies paid less the £50 deposit.

Less than two weeks to the date of the event

10% of the total price will be deducted along with the £50 deposit before a refund will be made of any monies paid within five working days.

 

AMENDING THE DATE OF A BOOKING

If you need to change the date of a booking, we will do our very best to accommodate this. If we are unable to do so the cancellation charges will apply.

By booking a food experience or any of our services the customer agrees to our cancellation charges.

 

PAYMENT

We require full payment for boxes and platters. There will be 25% deposit for tables at the time of booking and the remaining balance is payable 7 days prior to collection/delivery. Payments are preferred by bank transfer.

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY

We always adhere to the strictest health and standards and have a regularly updated dedicated allergen policy.

We check suppliers thoroughly but cannot guarantee with absolute certainty that there are no nuts or allergens present.

If you are aware of any dietary requirements, we ask that they be confirmed at the time of booking and that you update us of any additional guests with dietary needs.

We recommend that all children are supervised as many buffet items are presented on cocktail sticks which could cause a risk of injury.

We also advise disposing of all food at the end of the event if it has not been refrigerated to avoid any illness that could occur.

Grazable have full Public Liability Insurance and are happy to provide a copy of the certificate if required.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS

It may be necessary, on occasion, to substitute items due to lack of availability. In such cases we will always notify you, the customer, and make a substitution that you are happy with.

 

GRAZING TABLE SERVICE

Our catering is self-service only. If you do require staff during your event then please let us know and we will quote accordingly. Grazable does not supply plates, cutlery or napkins as standard but a quotation can be provided.

 

SET UP TIMES

We require at least 2 hours’ minimum set up time. These arrangements can be confirmed through your booking form depending on the volume of your event.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA IMAGES

Unless stated on the booking form any images we take during events may be used for marketing and branding purposes or posted on our social media accounts.
